   30 minutes over a coffee, free of charge. We clarify where you stand and whether the chemistry is right.

   We separate what you really can do and want to do from the noise. And we capture where you stand today.

   Try it out

   You take small, concrete steps out into the world: a conversation, an application, a first offer. We look at what comes back, and after 6 and 12 weeks at what has changed.

I am your sparring partner: honest rather than comfortable. If something can’t work, I’ll tell you. Then we look for what really matters to you.
